1. NIFD Global / NIF Global is an Illegal Institute
NIFD Global is a new institute started on 20th Dec 2023. Many students join this institute, thinking that this is INIFD because the name is so similar. The reality is that Anil Khosla who was working as the CEO of INIFD since 25 years left the institute and formed a separate company by the name NIFD Global - “Nurturing Ideas for Design Pvt Ltd.” Hence, NIFD global / NIF Global is a fake and illegal institute.
After the legal case done by INIFD on NIFD Global where court ordered NIFD Global to stop using this illegal name, hence they have changed their name to NIF Global.

3. Full form of institute
The original INIFD full form is Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD). Fake NIFD Global full form is Nurturing Ideas for Design (NIFD), now called as NIF Global. The name itself shows that they wanted to create a similar short form to fool people into thinking that it is the same institute.

INIFD (Inter National Institute of Fashion Design) is a Design Institute in India running since last 25 years with its headquarters in Chandigarh & various franchisees across India.
5. INIFD filed a case on NIFD Global (Now NIF Global)
On 19th June 2024, the Honorable High Court of Chandigarh instructed Anil Khosla and his newly incorporated company – NIFD Global to stop/remove all the advertisements & operations including nomenclature, logos, advertisement campaigns, signboards, certificates, etc. by the name of NIFD or INIFD.As per the court order, they will have to either CLOSE their operations or change their name without using NIFD or INIFD.
6. Cheating Students
Anil Khosla & all his newly opened franchisees used to misguide the students by false statements about NIFD Global’s legacy of more than 25 years. However, the fact is that NIFD Global or NIF Global is a newly formed company that was incorporated on 20th December 2023 (only 6 months old) in the market and does not hold any such legacy.
How can an institute that has changed its name thrice in 1 year be trusted?
7. Your future is now in danger – NIF Global may shut down soon
The case on NIFD Global / NIF Global is still going on right now with a high chance that they will have to shut down the institute completely. Then, your certification / diploma / Degree will be considered fake or invalid. You still have time to ask for a refund. If they do not agree to give you a refund, all the students can collectively file an FIR against them. Do not let NIFD Global / NIF Global play with your career.

As per the interim court verdict, NIFD Global has to change their institute’s name to NIF Global. Court has given them a time of 45 days to complete all legal proceedings to change their name to NIF Global.
